Not far from the city of Liège, you'll find Chaudfontaine. As the name might suggest ("warm fountain"), Chaudfontaine is the only hot water spring in Belgium. Furthermore, you might recognize the name from the now by Coca Cola owned spring water. As the commune is not far from one of Belgium's bigger city Liège, a lot of industry has seeped into the landscape of Chaudfontaine. However, some areas were protected and became excellent for hiking, you will be visiting the beautiful "bois des dames" or "forest of ladies" on this trail.
